The ministry

Preparing a place where people can meet Jesus.

Facilities work is ministry support in its most practical form: creating safe, dependable spaces where campers, churches, families, speakers, and staff can focus on why they came.

The role

As Facilities Director, Chase helps care for a year-round campus with changing needs in every season.

Safe. Clean. Functional. Ready for ministry.

Behind the scenes

The work visitors may never notice.

Camp ministry depends on roofs that hold, rooms that are ready, water that runs, grounds that are safe, and repairs that happen before a small issue becomes a larger one. Those details rarely take center stage, but they shape every guest's experience.

Chase's construction and maintenance background helps Shiloh steward its facilities while keeping the larger purpose in view. The goal is not simply a working campus. It is a campus prepared to serve people well.
